Statement Of Faith

We believe that the HOLY BIBLE is the infallible word of God and is inspired by the Holy Spirit. We believe it is a love letter from God to us and is relevant to our everyday lives.
We believe that there is one true God, GOD THE FATHER, creator of Heaven and Earth, and of all things, who made man in His own image and likeness.
We believe in the HOLY TRINITY, that God exists in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the VIRGIN BIRTH, that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.
We believe in the DEATH AND RESURRECTION OF JESUS CHRIST: Jesus was crucified and died for our sins on the cross at Calvary, was buried, and rose from the dead on the third day. He ascended into Heaven and is forever seated at the right hand of God the Father.
We believe in the HOLY SPIRIT; we believe he is the Comforter and Teacher of all things, and that he dwells within us, transforming and empowering us to do the will of God.
We believe in the BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, which is available to all who believe in Jesus Christ, and is manifested by the gift of speaking in unknown tongues.
We believe in SALVATION. We recognise it as a gift from God through grace and faith in Jesus Christ; we believe that sin has separated us from God and Jesus is the only one who can reconcile us to God. We receive forgiveness by repenting of our sins.
We believe that the BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST was shed for us on the cross at Calvary and cleanses us from all sin.
We believe in the SECOND COMING OF JESUS CHRIST, that Jesus will come again to the earth in glory, and the dead in Christ will rise, and those who are alive in Christ will be translated into the presence of God for eternity.
